Tutorial

The Tutorial works with pictures, text, and movies to provide a flexible instruction tool.  Use the Tutorial in conjunction with media tools (such as Camtasia and SnagIt by TechSmith) to provide "How To" movies, screen shots, and text.

The Tutorial is accessed from the "Instructions" link in both the Data Entry and Administration program.  You can recall tutorials for Badges & More Enterprise or a tutorial created in the Shared Directory.  This makes it easy to provide custom instructions pertinent to each user group, as well as general instructions for using the program.

Within the Tutorial, you create "Chapters" to organize the information you want to present.  Each chapter contains any number of "Topics" that are comprised of text, pictures, or movies.  The content can be anything you want, from step-by-step job instructions, to a glossary of terms used on a screen.
