Before contacting tech support, please read the Readme.rtf file installed with the software for important information about using the program.  Also, check the  FAQ page, manual and the  Instructions/Tutorial section of the program for you answer.

The current version is 2.1.37.

This update adds barcode mask capability.  All Badges & More Enterprise users with lesser versions should apply this update. 

Download the current update.  If you are at version 2.01.0036 apply this update.

Download the complete update.  All other versions apply this update.

If you are not sure about your version, download the complete update.

To apply the update:

1. Click the "current update" download link and select "Save to disk"

2. When the download is finished, be sure Badges & More Enterprise is not running, then click:

Start | Programs | Badges & More | Apply Program Updates

3. Click the Start button and browse to where you downloaded the update, select the update file (bamup2019999.zip naming format), and click Open.

4. A log will display showing you the updated files.  Click OK, then click Cancel to end the update program.

If you need to update or replace your installed BamCore.mdb, do the following:

1. End Badges and More if it is running.

2. Rename or move your existing file in case you need to extract data from it later.  The file is located in the Badges and More program folder.  If you installed with the defaults then it is "C:\Program Files\BadgesV2\BamCore.mdb.

3. Click this link to open the download screen.

4. Save the file to your existing Badges and More program folder, normally "C:\Program Files\BadgesV2\".

Canon PowerShot camera

Download the Canon PowerShot camera (InstallCamCtrl.exe) self-extracting installation file, or you can download just the zip file (InstallCamCtrl.zip) if your PC blocks exe downloads..  Extract the files into your Badges and More Enterprise program folder, normally "C:\Program Files\BadgesV2."
